Heading north east of octam, you'll reach the town of RATAYU. Before entering, your Ra-Seru will sense a genesis tree nearby, but has strange energy reading.
Once you enter the city, the situation is not that different from Octam. Check all houses for treasure chest! There's only 4 houses here by the way.
lower left House : Magic Leaf
Upper left House : Healing Bloom
Upper righ House : Door of Wind
Lower right House : Letter (Read it)
Now head to east gate, and notice that it is "Locked". You had to ask for the key at the King inside his palace.
Now head to the palace on the upper part of the town. Once entering main hall, pick up a "Magic Leaf" on the upper right of the room.
And on the upper left balcony, there is a "Healing Flower".
Continue UP to throne room, and pick up nearby 3 treasure chests, containing:
- Fury Boost
- Speed Elixir
- Healing Berry
Now talk to "Saryu", and he'll give you "Letona Key" which open the "previous Gate" toward "Mountain Letona".
Now back to the east gate and open the gate, time to explore "Mountain Letona".
